Position: Sales Development Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain & improve on brand perception when called upon to do so in both private & professional capacity
- Interact with client social media presence as often as required including reshares & post likes
- Do your best to improve on your colleagues reputation in the industry
- Report any helpful or harmful knowledge relating to client directly to management as quickly as possible
- Always dress appropriately for impromptu client meetings
- Take ownership & accountability for tasks roles & responsibilities assigned to you
- Support and assist the team with workflow productivity & deadlines
- Identify and qualify sales leads.
- Create and deliver effective sales presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales together with the broader client team.
- Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and developments.
- Actively contribute to the companys sales goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other team members & team leads to share best practices and strategies.
- Continuously learn and develop your sales skills and knowledge.
- Research and analyze customer needs and market trends.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
- Manage and track sales opportunities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance.
- Provide feedback and support to other sales team members.
- Attend industry events and workshops.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative and innovative thinker.
- Knowledgeable or experience with SaaS
- Passion for sales and the events industry.
- Knowledge of current event trends and technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
