Our Nenagh production facility is at the heart of our success and we need driven team members to keep it running at its best!
The Opportunity:
Were thrilled to announce an exciting new role: Production Training and Development Coordinator! This role is all about supporting our production staff helping them grow and making sure our teams work as efficiently and effectively as possible. Based onsite in Nenagh youll have a direct hand in shaping the training and growth of our amazing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves handson work enjoys being a coach and knows the ins and outs of production environments.
What Youll Do:
- Inspire and Train: Lead onsite training sessions for our production team helping them reach new levels of productivity and success.
- Onboard New Talent: Welcome new team members guiding them through the training process to help them hit the ground running.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with team leaders to spot training opportunities develop improvement plans and bring out the best in every team member.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement innovative ideas for productivity and quality always aiming to make our work smoother faster and even more enjoyable!
- Track Progress: Keep detailed training records monitor team progress and celebrate every milestone.
Who You Are:
- You have handson experience in training or coaching in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Youre passionate about helping people succeed and know how to motivate a team.
- Youre organised proactive and eager to bring fresh ideas to the table.
