Job Description
This is a remote position.
As the Communications Specialist you will:
- Develop and manage highquality content across all communication channels for Perizer ComputeSphere XREINN and Calen360 ensuring consistency in voice and messaging across all brands.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to plan and execute communication strategies tailored to each brand s target audience and goals.
- Engage with followers across all brands respond to comments and messages and foster a positive community experience.
- Track analyze and report on communication performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on the latest communication trends tools and best practices and apply relevant strategies to enhance each brand s presence.
- Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to maintain brand consistency and effective communication across all platforms.
- Monitor industry conversations and trends relevant to each brand identifying opportunities or potential risks.
- Assist in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns including budget allocation and audience targeting.
- Quickly and effectively manage any potential PR crises across social media platforms for all brands maintaining a positive brand image.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in communications management especially across multiple brands.
- Proficiency in communication platforms and management tools.
- Strong understanding of communication KPIs and analytics.
- Familiarity with social media platforms including LinkedIn Facebook Instagram TikTok and Reddit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Highly organized adaptable and proactive.

Proven experience in communications management, especially across multiple brands. Proficiency in communication platforms and management tools.
