Responsibilities:
- Will develop methods for evaluation of program effectiveness
- Will prepare program reports
- Will perform other duties and/or special projects as necessary
- Draft quality assurance policies guidelines and procedures
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standard
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
- Ensure ongoing compliance with quality
- Evaluate employees through call listening sidebyside live monitoring
Requirements
- Must have at least one year of experience in Quality Assurance within the BPO industry
- Must be amenable to work in shifting schedule (Between 8:00 PM 8:00 AM Philippine Time)
- Must be amenable to work onsite at our office located in Cebu Business Park
