Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and finalizing of regulatory returns on periodical basis.
2. Drafting and reviewing of various polices and ensuring Board / Audit / Internal approval as per the requirements.
3. IRDAI Inspection; Assisting in IRDAI inspection including obtaining data from various businesses.
4. Meeting Compliance requirements as per RBI SEBI IRDAI and drafting Review and Monitoring of RBI escalated complaints and Ombudsman matters.
5. Compliance audits: Continuous engagement with various Business and support functions for review of various process and policies.
Key Skills Required:
Strong understanding of current regulations affecting NBFC
Strong knowledge on IRDAI compliance related to SEBI RBI
Current working industry should be Insurance
Handled Insurance / broking Intermediaries
Knowledge on Audits & Statutory compliances
Strong understanding of current regulations affecting NBFC companies
Microsoft Office software skills
Interacting with more of subbrokers distribution
Good knowledge of RBI and IRDAI regulations Companies Act and other Corporate Laws
