Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the technology industry and will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent for technical roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver highquality candidates for a variety of IT and engineering positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify technical hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards social media and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills experience and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitive intelligence.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks as needed.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.
- Strong understanding of technical roles tools and industry terminology.
- Handson experience with various sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms crafting Boolean search strings).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- A degree in Human Resources Business or related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience recruiting in the technology sector.
- A network of contacts in the tech industry.
- Certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g. SHRM LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter).
