Role Overview:
The Project Management Specialist will be responsible for planning executing and delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets. This role involves collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams managing resources effectively and ensuring that all projects meet or exceed stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management particularly within engineering or technology fields and excel in driving projects to successful completion.
Pay Compensation:
$66000 $106000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules resource allocation budgets and risk management strategies.
Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate issues.
Coordinate with engineering teams clients vendors and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Provide clear and consistent communication regarding project status timelines and key updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
Manage project changes including scope adjustments resource reallocation and budget modifications while maintaining a high level of project quality.
Conduct postproject evaluations to identify successes challenges and areas for improvement.
Foster a collaborative and resultsoriented team environment driving project success through clear direction and support.
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree and minimum of 5 years experience or MS/MA degree and 3 years experience or high school diploma/equivalent and 7 years experience
A minimum of 23 years of experience in project management preferably in an engineering technology or consulting environment.
Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall) and tools (JIRA MS Project Asana or similar).
Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Flexibility to travel occasionally for project site visits and stakeholder meetings.
