Job Description

As iGaming/Casino CRM manager you will be ensuring the smooth operation of multiple iGaming brands across multiple markets.

Your main objectives are to drive conversion early life crosssell churn prevention and reactivation rates.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement endtoend CRM campaigns.
  • Increase customer engagement and retention reducing churn and actively moving users further down the loyalty path increasing customer lifetime value.
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to maintain a promo and events calendar coordinate design and schedule CRM campaigns on a weekly basis.
  • Assisting communications plans that are simple effective and manageable.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Experience in iGaming industry CRM vertical.
  • Knowing different iGaming CRM tools.
  • Datadriven and curious about customer behavior.
  • Optimistic and solutionsoriented.
  • Ability to be independent and lead on projects.
  • Proactive approach to new tasks and projects.
  • English is a must RU GER TR Portuguese is plus.
