Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Data Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of Nielsen, VideoAmp, and other ad tech data to guide product development and enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
- Data Analysis: Conduct rigorous data analysis, leveraging statistical data analysis techniques to extract actionable insights and drive product enhancements.
- Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to track product performance, generate insights, and inform stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply advanced statistical modeling techniques to predict trends, optimize product features, and enhance user experience.
- Agile Methodologies: Lead cross-functional teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure timely and efficient product development and delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including data scientists, engineers, and executive teams, to align product strategy with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment, driving teamwork and continuous improvement across the product development process.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Product Management, ideally within the ad tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of datasets related to Nielsen, VideoAmp, or similar ad tech data.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Statistical Data Analysis, and Reporting & Analysis.
- Expertise in Applied Mathematics and Statistical Modeling.
- Familiarity with Agile Methodologies, Scrum, and team collaboration tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing products within the ad tech industry.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
- Previous experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
