Healthcare Data Entry Specialist
Healthcare/Prescription Data Entry Specialist is primarily responsible for processing of prescriptions for DME.
Job Responsibilities
To verify prescription data according to different insurer requirements.
Update verified data to the software.
Cross check doctor s NPI and diagnosis code
Email Customers with any missing information on the prescription.
Reach out to customers/patients with any queries/questions raised by them.
Performs miscellaneous jobrelated duties as assigned.
Additionally calling experience would be an added advantage.
Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
Qualifications
Graduate preferably from science background with minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance Healthcare domain (US Healthcare/Data Domain)/Customer Service.
6 months 1 year experience in calling would be an added advantage.
Understanding of insurance requirements (US insurance domain)
Strong communication skills. Ability to answer the agents questions.
Experience in technology (Excel and Reporting)
Ability to manage daily weekly and monthly
