Key Roles and Responsibilities:
DoortoDoor Sales: Engage with residents in assigned communities to promote and sell fibre internet services effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings.
Walking Routes: Follow designated walking routes to maximize coverage and reach potential customers within the community.
Educational Outreach: Educate potential customers about the advantages of our fibre internet services and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
Feedback Reporting: Provide detailed feedback and insights after each shift including customer interactions concerns and market trends.
Working Hours: Work between 15:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and between 08:00 and 12:00 on Saturdays.
Sales Reporting: Accurately record and upload sales data into both client systems and our internal systems for tracking and reporting purposes.
Customer Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with potential customers and leave a favourable impression of the company.

The External Fibre Sales Associate will report to a designated Team Leader who will provide guidance support and performance feedback.
