FDF Industrialisation Manager

Location: Malta

Basis: Full time

Main Duties:

• Responsible for the coordination of all R&D functions within the factory
• Oversea and be responsible for the industrialization and validation of processes obtained
• Evaluation of contract project proposals
• Technical liaison and management of projects with internal and thirdparty clients
• Provide technical support to the manufacturing plant when required

What skills do you need

• In possession of a University degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy. Postgraduate studies will be considered highly desirable
• Expertise in FDF production processes and experience with technical transfers
• Knowledge about regulatory requirements in key markets such as EMA and FDA
• Experience in validation processes within the pharmaceutical sector
• Experience in process development and formulation development is considered an asset
• A background in project management is also highly valued
• Competent in problemsolving skills and project planning capabilities
• Possess a proactive approach to getting things done

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
