Junior Accountant - Pharma

Industry: Pharmaceutical

Location: Malta

Basis: Full time

Remuneration: Salary

Main Duties:

Process purchase invoices through our Accounts Payable software

Post general entries to maintain accurate financial records

Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions

Maintain receivables by tracking and following up on outstanding payments

Actively chase debtors to ensure timely collection of payments

Post expense claims forms and verify their accuracy

Perform suppliers reconciliation

What skills do you need:

Must be enrolled in the ACCA course

Exposure to accounting software

12 years experience in a similar position is considered an asset

Knowledge of SAP B1 and familiar with SAP Concur would be preferred

Preferably have experience working within an international company

Ability to multitask with a cando and followthrough attitude

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive approach

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Must possess strong communication skills both verbal and written in English and Maltese

Be computer literate and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools especially Excel

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
