Job Description

Southeast Raleigh Promise was formed as an independent taxexempt private nonprofit organization to create equitable opportunities that lead to improved outcomes for Southeast Raleigh residents. Southeast Raleigh Promise is dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through leadership development housing initiatives economic mobility programs education and health & wellness services. Our mission is to create sustainable change by providing comprehensive support and opportunities for growth to those we serve.

The candidate will be responsible for organizing managing and entering data into our systems accurately. This position involves handling digital files maintaining organized records and ensuring data integrity. As a key support member of our nonprofit organization you will contribute to our mission by ensuring that our data is meticulously maintained and readily accessible.

Responsibilities
  • Enter data into the organizations databases and software systems with accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and records
  • Verify the accuracy of data entered and make necessary corrections.
  • Assist in preparing reports and summaries as needed.
  • Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to address datarelated issues and provide support.
  • Perform routine data backups and ensure the security of electronic files.
  • Respond to data entry requests and complete tasks within set deadlines.


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and data entry systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet dedicated workspace for remote work.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and security best practices is a plus
