Job Description
Silpakorn University is seeking an experienced Translator to join our team remotely. This position is open exclusively to U.S. citizens. The Translator will be responsible for converting written documents and communications between different languages to English ensuring clarity and cultural accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Translate academic administrative and research documents and vice versa.
Maintain the integrity and context of the original material while ensuring accuracy and readability.
Proofread and edit translations to ensure highquality and errorfree output.
Collaborate with university departments to meet translation needs and provide culturally appropriate translations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain privacy standards.
Manage multiple translation projects efficiently to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a translator with expertise in different Language .
Strong understanding of cultural nuances and idiomatic expressions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with translation tools and software is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
