Job Description

Location: Athens Greece (Remote)
Languages Required: German (Native) English (B2)

About the Project:

Join the team behind Germanys leading free bonus program and largest multichannel marketing platform! As a Customer Advisor youll assist customers who earn loyalty points through online or instore shopping paper coupons and eCoupons. These points can be redeemed in a Reward Shop converted to shopping vouchers donated or even transferred into Lufthansa Miles&More. A versatile app enhances the customer experience making this platform accessible rewarding and impactful.

Work Schedule:

  • Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Hours: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm (shift rotation)

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 1150 EUR/month (paid over 14 months)
  • Performance Bonus: 10% monthly performance bonus based on KPIs
  • Meal Allowance: 3EUR/day in the first year; 6EUR/day after 12 months
  • Health Insurance: Private health coverage
  • Additional Perks: Free gym access wellness activities and a rooftop cinema with stunning Acropolis views

  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal communication and active listening

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement:
    • Answer inbound calls and handle backoffice requests
    • Identify and fulfill customer needs with precision and empathy
    • Build trusting relationships through clear interactive communication
  2. Service Excellence:
    • Ensure each interaction is accurate and complete adhering to company standards
    • Meet personal and team targets aiming for high customer satisfaction
    • Maintain uptodate customer records and process documentation
  3. Quality Assurance:
    • Deliver highquality customer service via phone and email resolving inquiries on the first contact
    • Follow established communication protocols guidelines and policies to maintain professionalism

Contract Type:

Fixedterm employment with potential for extension

Work Environment:

  • Remote: Work from anywhere in Greece
