Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be detailoriented possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executive schedules including appointments meetings and travel arrangements.

Handle correspondence including emails and phone calls on behalf of executives.

Conduct online research and prepare reports as needed.

Assist with project management and coordination of tasks.

Prepare and edit documents presentations and spreadsheets.

Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and file organization.

Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Highspeed internet connection and a reliable computer setup.

Availability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working remotely.

Familiarity with project management tools like Asana Trello or similar.

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or financial management.
