Job Description

Location: Athens Greece (Remote work within Greece)

Company Overview: Join a leading multinational technology company specializing in ecommerce cloud computing digital streaming and artificial intelligence. As a key player in internetbased enterprise our client connects millions of customers worldwide with a diverse range of goods through innovative digital platforms.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor fluent in Italian and proficient in English (B2 level) to join our Athens team remotely. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients managing sales pipelines and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to our client portfolio.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: 1000 EUR per 14 months
  • Performance Bonus: Monthly bonus of up to 10% based on performance
  • Meal Allowance: 3 EUR per working day (increasing to 6 EUR after 12 months)
  • Health Insurance: Private health insurance coverage

Profile Nice to Have:

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Experience in contacting potential clients via phone and email
  • Proven ability to manage and report on sales pipelines effectively

Type of Contract: Fixedterm employment contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients via phone and email to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Manage and report on your sales pipeline to ensure timely progress and achievement of targets
  • Consult with smalltomedium sized businesses in the market to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Implement personalized sales strategies to effectively manage and grow your client portfolio

Requirements:

  • Native proficiency in Italian and B2 level proficiency in English
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment
