Job Description: Production Shift Supervisor
Mode/location: 6days/WFO Bangalore
We manufacture labels printed/ customised / industry and application specific as well as other packaging materials. As an addition to this we offer brand protection consumer engagement track & trace and loyalty based solutions to the brands that use our labels.
Our customers have traditionally been large companies in the FMCG/Automobile/Government/E commerce and Agriculture sectors
We want to expand our footprint in the labelling/packaging sectors by expanding and optimising our manufacturing capabilities to obtain a larger market share and over time diversify into related markets either through acquisition or branching.
Job Description and responsibilities Production Supervisor:
- To supervise regular production & manufacturing activities
- To assist in smooth functioning of the shop floor
- To implement production schedule as received from PPC department
- Deal with any challenges and solve problems related with production
- To ensure timely output to meet production targets
- To work in shifts as may be required
Qualifications:
- Educational background: Engineering or Manufacturing background with basic computer knowledge
- Work Experience: 45 years experience in printing packaging or similar manufacturing industry
- Language: Kannada fluency Hindi English preferred but not mandatory
- Other skills: ERP
