Job Description
We are seeking a Mechanical Plumbing Supervisor for our partner a reputable mechanical plumbing company operating across various Perth metropolitan sites. The role is handson involving both the installation of mechanical pipework (including chilled heating condensed water preinsulated and refrigeration systems) and supervising teams of 210 Mechanical Plumbers across multiple sites.
Location: Various Perth metropolitan sites
Position Type: Fulltime (temptoperm)
Pay Rate: $55/hr Company Vehicle
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar supervisory role is essential.
- Experience managing and mentoring plumbing teams is necessary.
- Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services (Australianrecognised).
- Construction Industry White Card (mandatory).
- Confined Space Ticket (desirable).
- Valid Driver s Licence.
- Own basic tools.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to manage teams and liaise with other contractors and service providers.
- Varies by project; start times range from 6am9am with finishes between 2pm5pm.
- Standard 38hour workweek with overtime opportunities including Saturdays.
