Forklift Driver Food Manufacturing Cowra
Location: Cowra NSW
Position Type: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: $32.55 to $37.38 per hour depending on experience from Level 1 to 3

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve daily production targets while adhering to operating procedures food safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with the Production Supervisor on daily tasks including reporting continuous improvement and resolving any issues in the production area.
Maintain comprehensive operational knowledge of equipment and machinery promptly reporting any malfunctions or concerns.
Accurately complete all required paperwork on a daily basis.
Ensure production areas are cleaned and maintained to meet quality standards.
Actively promote and support a safety culture to maintain a secure working environment.
Essential Experience/Qualifications:
Experience in food manufacturing or a similar environment
Certification in Food Processing (preferred)
Proficiency in computer literacy (preferred
Forklift license
Familiarity with food quality procedures such as HACCP (preferred)
Availability to work shifts as required
Background as a mechanic or fitter in a food processing setting (advantage)
