Overview
The Graphic Designer Trainer plays a crucial role in imparting essential graphic design skills to individuals enhancing their creative and technical abilities. Key Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering training programs on graphic design principles and best practices
- Creating engaging and interactive training materials including presentations and handson activities
- Assessing the skill levels of trainees and adapting training methods to meet their learning needs
- Staying updated with the latest trends and industry standards in graphic design
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to trainees to enhance their design skills
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure the relevance and accuracy of training content
- Conducting workshops and seminars to share knowledge and insights on graphic design
- Monitoring trainee progress and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
- Facilitating discussions and Q&A sessions to address trainees queries and concerns
- Maintaining training records and documentation for future reference
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or relevant field
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of creative work
- Demonstrated expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in instructional design and curriculum development
- Ability to effectively transfer knowledge and skills to diverse groups of learners
- Strong understanding of color theory typography and layout design
- Certification in training or education is a plus
- Uptodate knowledge of design trends and technologies
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously
