Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Full Stack Developer you will be responsible for developing user interface components and implementing cuttingedge front end and backend applications. You will collaborate with Engineering and product manager to create intuitive responsive and performant application
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop highquality reusable and scalable applications using Vue.js ReactJS Node.js Java Django and Postgres.
- Collaborate with designers product managers and Engineering manager to implement features and enhancements.
- Participate in code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards best practices and performance optimization techniques.
- Optimize application components for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of user interface components to ensure functionality and performance.
- Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices in FSD development.
- Work in an Agile development environment actively participating in sprint planning standup meetings and retrospectives.
- Continuously improve development processes tools and methodologies to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers assisting in their professional growth
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 36 years of proven experience as a FSD Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful Vue.jsDjango and Postgres projects.
- Indepth knowledge of Vue.jsDjango and Postgres and its core principles.
- Proficiency in JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 and related web technologies.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux and modern frontend build tools like Webpack or Babel.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and crossbrowser compatibility.
- Solid understanding of software development practices including version control and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying updated on the latest web development trends and technologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with TypeScript and statically typed languages.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and the ability to collaborate with designers.
- Familiarity with serverside rendering (SSR)
- Familiarity with Git and Deployment techniques.
