Agile Product Management Manager

Overview

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
• Lead and manage the product development process using agile methodologies to ensure timely and highquality product releases
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs market trends and competitive landscape to inform product roadmap and strategy
• Collaborate with engineering design and other teams to prioritize and deliver product features that meet customer needs and business objectives
• Work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure effective sprint planning backlog grooming and sprint reviews
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps release plans and feature documentation
• Identify and mitigate risks issues and dependencies that may impact product delivery
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in product management processes and practices
• Provide leadership and mentorship to product managers and crossfunctional teams
• Monitor key product metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and drive decisionmaking
• Contribute to the development of business cases and gotomarket strategies for new product initiatives
• Collaborate with sales marketing and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to endoflife incorporating customer feedback and market insights
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in agile product management and apply them to enhance the product development process

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred
• Certification in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
• Proven experience in product management with a focus on agile product development and delivery
• Demonstrated success in managing and launching successful products in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Strong understanding of agile principles and practices as well as product lifecycle management
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire crossfunctional teams
• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment adapting to changing priorities and business needs
• Strategic thinking with a datadriven and customercentric approach to product management
• Proficiency in utilizing product management and collaboration tools such as Jira Confluence and Slack
• Experience in conducting market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and decisionmaking
• Familiarity with product analytics tools and methodologies to measure product performance and user behavior
• Proven track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement in product management processes
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial and commercial aspects of product management
