About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced General Manager of HR to oversee all human resource functions and ensure they are aligned with our business goals. The successful candidate will have a background in strategic HR management and experience in the healthcare or biotechnology / pharma sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; MBA or HR certification preferred.
- 10 years of experience
- Proven working experience in the healthcare or biotechnology or pharma industry.
- Indepth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent people management skills.
