Job Description

We are hiring for our client MERAS Plugins Private Limited.

Overview:

The Business Development Associate plays a crucial role in the growth and expansion of the company by identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to the overall strategic planning. They are responsible for driving sales and revenue growth expanding the customer base and developing market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities
  • Generating leads and cold calling potential clients
  • Developing and maintaining a solid network of contacts
  • Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Attending conferences meetings and industry events
  • Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines
  • Building longterm relationships with new and existing customers
  • Providing trustworthy feedback and aftersales support
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and potential opportunities
  • Creating and maintaining a sales pipeline
  • Utilizing CRM systems to track and analyze sales performance
  • Presenting sales revenue and expenses reports
  • Contributing to the development of marketing strategies
  • Negotiating and closing deals with clients
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Associate or similar role
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding targets
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Highly selfmotivated and resultoriented
  • Proven track record of driving business development and sales
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Team player with a positive attitude
