Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive you will support our team by identifying potential business opportunities establishing strong client relationships and promoting our products and services. This is a great opportunity for freshers to develop skills in sales client management and strategic planning.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and market segments to target for business expansion.
- Assist in developing business proposals pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Participate in meetings with clients to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales strategies and meet organizational objectives.
- Follow up on leads respond to client inquiries and assist in the negotiation and closing of deals.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions sales activities and progress in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitors and emerging market needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and proactive with a desire to learn.
- Basic understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) is a plus.
