Job Title: Creative and Innovation Intern

Location: Aundh Pune

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: 5000/ Per Month

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Research & Analysis: Conduct user research gather insights and analyze data to understand user needs behaviors and pain points.
• Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions contribute creative ideas and assist in generating innovative solutions.
• Prototyping: Create lowfidelity and highfidelity prototypes using various tools and techniques to visualize concepts and test ideas.
• User Testing: Assist in planning and conducting user testing sessions collecting feedback and iterating on designs based on user input.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers product managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of design thinking principles.
• Documentation: Document design processes research findings and project outcomes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction Psychology Business or a related field.
• Strong interest in design thinking innovation and usercentered design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with user research methods and tools.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques.
• Basic understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Previous internship or project experience in a related field.
