Location: Thaltej
Industry: FMCG
Work Hours: 9:30 AM 7:00 PM Monday to Saturday
Salary: Up to 50000 per month

Job Description:
Role Overview: The Senior HR Operations role involves managing and optimizing all HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing employee relations compliance and overall HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage daytoday HR operations including recruitment onboarding and employee management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle employee relations issues performance management and grievance resolution.
  • Coordinate and conduct training programs for employees to support their professional development.
  • Maintain accurate HR records prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and improve overall HR effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and employment laws to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in HR operations preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
