Job title: BDE (Business Development Executive)
Location: Noida
Salary: Upto 25K
Job Summary: The Business Development Executive (Field) will be responsible for
identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and
achieving sales targets. This role requires extensive fieldwork including visiting potential
and existing clients conducting market research and representing the company at various
events and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and market
research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends competitor activities and potential areas
for growth.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
Attend industry events conferences and trade shows to network and promote the
company.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities client feedback and market
conditions.
Qualifications:
Any Bachelor s degree.
Proven experience in business development sales or a related role preferably in B2C
sales
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Dairy Industry/FMCG/ Telecommunication /Fintech.
Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
