Supply Chain Managment - Executive

• Receive inspect and record incoming goods and materials.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouse or storage facility.
• Issue materials and products as needed ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area.
• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

• Monitor stock levels and initiate orders when necessary to prevent stockouts.
• Track and manage inventory using manual records and inventory management software.
• Ensure proper labeling and categorization of items for easy identification and retrieval.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of inventory transactions.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records.

• Coordinate with suppliers vendors and transport companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics identifying areas for improvement.
• Implement and follow best practices in supply chain management to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan inventory requirements.

• Utilize Tranzact software for inventory management order processing and supply chain operations.
• Generate and analyze reports from Tranzact to inform decisionmaking and strategic planning.
• Train and assist team members in using Tranzact software effectively.
• Stay updated with new features and updates in Tranzact to leverage its full potential.

• Proven experience in storekeeping stock maintenance and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with Tranzact software is a significant advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics supply chain management or a related field are preferred.

• Engineering Background
• Experience in a similar role within the industry.
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures related to warehousing.
• Problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
