Job Description

**Job Title:** Inside Sales Executive Insurance Sales

**Location:** Chennai
**Job Summary:**
Must know Malyalam and Kannad languages.
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads making sales calls and closing sales of various insurance products. This role involves reaching out to potential customers understanding their insurance needs and offering suitable insurance solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling email campaigns and online inquiries.
Contact potential customers to inform them about various insurance products and services.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly quarterly and annual basis.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Provide excellent customer service and followup with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Keep uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

**Qualifications and Skills:**
Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
Proven experience in sales preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain insurance products.
Goaloriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
