Job Description

  • Candidates with good communication skills in B2C are preferred.
  • Work Mode Work from Office (6 days working)
  • Salary 20k to 24k
  • Minimum 6 months experience


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products or services
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Provide information about products or services to potential customers
  • Receive and respond to inbound customer calls
  • Maintain a record of all conversations with customers
  • Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
  • Manage and update customer databases with call outcomes
  • Meet or exceed call volume goals to contribute to the companys success
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and promote the companys offerings
  • Handle customer complaints or objections in a professional manner
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and customer service strategies
  • Adhere to all communication procedures guidelines and policies
  • Provide feedback and input to improve overall customer experience
  • Document customer interactions for future reference
  • Adhere to all compliance regulations and standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills More the average convincing skills
  • Should have experience working in B2C sales.
  • Energetic confident
  • 100% target completion
  • Outbound Telesales
  • make cold calls as per available data and conduct regular followup to gather and successfully close leads into sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven work experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be persuasive and exhibit professionalism
  • Strong customer focus and adaptability
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency including MS Office and CRM software
  • Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle rejection
