We are a small company (210 members) seeking 23 Onsite Junior Recruiters to work from the founder s apartment at Banjara Hills Opp: GVK.
Junior Recruiter Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Use online job boards social media and employee referrals to find qualified candidates.
Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
Job Descriptions: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions.
Initial Screenings: Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate fit and interest.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
Applicant Tracking: Manage the applicant tracking system ensuring data accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 13 years in recruitment or talent acquisition using Linkedin Naukri and other tools
Recruitment Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Software Proficiency: Experience using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
IT & NonIT Recruitment: Proficiency in recruiting for both IT and nonIT roles.
