Job Description
Our Client is in the process of setting up a strategic team tasked with bringing healthcare closer to patients. The initiative involves setting up primary and secondary care services which are easily accessible to patients and are supported by hyperresponsive processes built keeping patient needs and their satisfaction at the centre of focus. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between Narayana Health s inhospital offering and patients everyday healthcare needs and provide patients access to continuum of care tailored to their own specific healthcare needs. This role will play a critical role in conducting critical data analysis to improve our Supply Chain Operations by increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and analysing supply chain data
- Performing inventory analysis and preparing inventory reports
- Identifying and analyzing supply chain trends
- Track KPIs and report on Supply Chain Performance
- Own the MIS process; prepare and circulate daily weekly and monthly MIS
- Analysing industry trends and recommending the right product mix and pricing
- Collaborating with management to execute and advance overall operating strategies
- Tracking competitor pricing and recommending pricing strategy for key items/categories
- Gauging the efficiency of endtoend processes and recommending improvements to enhance performance
What is the profile of the person who will be successful in this role
The ideal candidate should have an
- Working knowledge of SCM processes
- Analyse and handle largescale data in Excel
- Structured problem solving skills
- Educational qualification: B. Tech/MBA
- Experience: 01 04 years
- Prior experience in Pharma Supply chain will be preferred
- Candidates should be confident smart and hardworking with good communication skills
- Ability to think and react in a highenergy fastpaced environment
- Passion to grow fast in a hustle mode
