Your Role:
- Review and moderate user content ensuring compliance with platform policies.
- Identify inappropriate or harmful content and take appropriate action.
- Maintain highquality standards while working in a fastpaced environment.
- Collaborate closely with team members to improve content processes and meet targets.

Work Schedule & Location:
- Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday 08:00 AM 22:00 PM.
- Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
- Onsite role in Lisbon (local candidates preferred).
What You Need:
- C1 German (spoken and written).
- B2 English.
- Valid work permit for Portugal.
- You must be based in Lisbon.
- Previous moderation or customer service experience is an advantage.
