The person will be
- Managing a workforce of 400 across multiple businesses (Branch Broking Bank Channel Franchisee Digital Business Customer Services & Operations) for south region.
- Spearheading Recruitment Overseeing Employee Engagement Initiatives & Benefits Administration Business Partnering Performance Management Success Profiling Handling Disciplinary & Grievances
- Driving the HR Business Partner functions Channel Partners and Operations.
- Handling and leading a team of regional Business HR
- Talent hunt & acquisition through Campuses Consultants Referral Programs eSourcing Internal Job Posting and Walkins.
- SPOC to drive induction & orientation programs for South
- Responsible for Goal Setting Career Progression Plan (CPP) and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
- Employee connect through branch visits Employee Engagement activities and R&R Programs.
Requirements
MBA(HR) with 712 years of experience of talent acquisition in Banking/financial services/Broking industry
