Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources department and drive HR initiatives aligned with our companys strategic goals. The Senior HR Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies policies and programs to support our organisations growth and success.


Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organizations goals and objectives.
2. Talent Management: Oversee recruitment talent development performance management and succession planning.
3. Organizational Development: Drive organizational change culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives.
4. Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws regulations and internal policies.
5. Communication: Foster open communication transparency and collaboration across the organization.
6. HR Operations: Manage HR systems processes and infrastructure including HRIS payroll and benefits.
7. Budgeting and Cost Management: Oversee HR budgeting cost control and resource allocation.
8. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including employees management and external partners.




Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • 15 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment preferably in industries such as automotive manufacturing or conglomerates like Tata.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record of leading HR initiatives and programs that drive business results
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR strategies and actions.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a highperforming HR team.
