Technical Lead Client Experience

Our client in the insurance industry is seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join their Client Experience Team. As a Technical Lead you will be pivotal in driving technical efforts and delivering innovative solutions that enhance the client experience. Youll lead the development of key features for digital products and services collaborating with product managers business analysts designers and engineers to craft industryleading digital experiences.

Hourly salary of $86 to $100 based on experience.

12month contract.

Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.

Work schedule from 9:00 am. to 5:00 pm.

Hybrid position: in the office 3 days a week with flexibility in choosing which days.

Lead the development of digital applications working alongside both technical and business teams to ensure successful deployment.

Collaborate with business divisions to gather and analyze client insights enhancing decisionmaking processes.

Conduct data modeling experiments document findings and assess outcomes through prototype analysis.

Utilize Large Language Models to deliver business value and drive technological advancements.

Partner with the data team to design and develop essential data products.

Provide guidance on coding standards review code and ensure highquality software delivery.

6 years of experience in technical roles with a focus on Python and SQL.

Expertise in Python for data analysis with proficiency in libraries such as Pandas NumPy and Matplotlib.

Experience with web development frameworks like Streamlit or Flask.

Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript.

Strong understanding of Kubernetes for orchestrating and managing containerized applications.

Experience working within cloud environments particularly AWS.

Competence in managing various database systems including both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Ability to independently manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
