Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new merchants and generate revenue
Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers
Negotiate contracts and terms with merchants.
Work closely with internal teams including Risk & Compliance Retention Technical Support and Product to ensure a seamless user experience.
Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or related field is an added advantage
At least 2 years of experience in sales business development or a similar role
Experience in the transaction finance industry is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
