Job Description


  • Taxation of Mergers/Acquisitions operations: tax due diligence (buyer side or seller side), transaction assistance, acquisition and post-acquisition structuring;
  • Advice on national taxation (restructuring/high-level transactions, application for approval) and international taxation (application of international conventions, analysis of permanent establishment);
  • Annual tax review work;
  • Assistance with tax audits and litigation.

  • As a junior associate, you will be required to work directly with the partner and/or the team manager, and in particular:
  • Carry out technical research;
  • Write consultations by email, in the form of a note or report (in French and English);
  • Participate in the analysis of accounting and tax documents: tax returns, social accounts, general balances;
  • Participate in audit or tax due diligence missions;
  • Participate in meetings (physical and telephone) with clients or administration.
