Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager for our DSA (Direct Selling Agent) vertical. This role is critical for driving sales of Home Loans and Loans Against Property (LAP) through DSAs in the Noida region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives for Home Loan and LAP products.
• DSA Management: Identify onboard and manage DSAs to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales targets.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and gaps and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Customer Relationship: Maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are compliant with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 34 years of handson experience in selling Home Loans and LAP particularly through the DSA channel.
• Skills: Strong sales acumen excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the financial products market.
• Attributes: Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently.
