We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to join our Home Loans team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets identifying new sources in the assigned geography maintaining strong relationships with these sources and achieving the desired productivity expected by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Area/Geography Mapping:
- Conduct lanetolane and area mapping of the assigned geography at regular intervals with the help of a supervisor.
- Identify new sources in the allocated area/geography and inform the progress to the reporting manager during team huddles.
Knowledge Skills & Functional Competency:
- Thorough knowledge of the entire geography.
- Ability to plan and map the allocated geography into areas/lane to lane.
- Utilize tools and resources to identify potential sources.
Source Relationship Management:
- Manage relationships with all sources assigned and identified in the geography/area.
- Understand the potential of each source and ensure the expected Loan Sanction Ratio (LSR) Sanction Loan Ratio (SLR) and Monthly Sales (MS).
Knowledge Skills & Functional Competency:
- Proficiency in using various tools to improve relationships and ratios.
Maintain Reports:
- Maintain reports related to sales and all activities in the prescribed format.
- Keep a daily diary of activities in the prescribed format.
Knowledge Skills & Functional Competency:
- Knowledge of various reports to be maintained.
- Ability to capture data in the prescribed format.
- Ability to understand and perform all functions of diary maintenance.
Channel Partner Recruitment:
- Identify potential channel partners.
Knowledge Skills & Functional Competency:
- Knowledge of the BSA empanelment process.
- Ability to identify potential channel partners and assess whether they meet the defined norms and categories.
Team Huddle:
- Attend team huddles daily as per the set process.
Knowledge Skills & Functional Competency:
- Knowledge of the daily morning huddle process.
- Ability to provide data in the prescribed format based on business requirements.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Enhance the customer experience by developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
Knowledge Skills & Functional Competency:
- Comprehensive knowledge of all HDFC products and competition.
- Ability to sell products and provide required services to customers.
- Proficiency in KYC documentation legal documentation and the technical process.
- Ability to use a sales kit and analyze credit documents to derive eligibility.
- Skilled in handling customer objections.
