Work Schedule: 5 days a week 09:30 am to 06:00 pm
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding particularly in the South India market and will be responsible for driving business growth managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry focusing on Air & Sea products.
- Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Targets: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiations: Handle complex negotiations with clients ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Market Expansion: Contribute to the expansion of the companys market share in the South India region.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry with a strong understanding of Air & Sea products.
- Skills: Proven track record in sales excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Market Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of the South India freight forwarding market is essential.
