Job Description

Seal the Deal! Were Hiring a Contracts Manager in the KSA!

About Our Client: Our client a premier construction firm in the KSA is known for its expertise and dedication to quality. They are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to manage and negotiate their contracts effectively.

The Role: As a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for overseeing contract administration ensuring all agreements are fair and legally sound and managing contractrelated disputes.

What Youll Do:

  • Draft review and negotiate contracts with clients subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Manage contract modifications and claims.
  • Resolve any contractual disputes promptly.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.

What Were Looking For:

  • A Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
  • Knowledge of UAE contract laws and regulations.
