About Our Client: Our client a premier construction firm in the KSA is known for its expertise and dedication to quality. They are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to manage and negotiate their contracts effectively.
The Role: As a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for overseeing contract administration ensuring all agreements are fair and legally sound and managing contractrelated disputes.
What Youll Do:
- Draft review and negotiate contracts with clients subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Manage contract modifications and claims.
- Resolve any contractual disputes promptly.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
What Were Looking For:
- A Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Knowledge of UAE contract laws and regulations.
