Job Title: Management Accountant
Location: Bristol Onsite 5 days per week for initial probation period (3 months) and then 1 day per week working from home

Job Title: Management Accountant
Reporting to our Finance Director we are hiring a Management Accountant to join our team of eight in central Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for a selfmotivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent attention to detail and communication skills. As a Management Accountant you will oversee the BAU tasks of the Accounting function within the finance team ensuring month end is delivered on time and to a high level of accuracy. The finance team operates within a fastpaced environment and therefore we are looking for someone who is keen to get stuck into the role learn & take on responsibility.

Objectives & Responsibilities:
Rovco is an exciting and dynamic environment meaning these are likely to change as we grow. Upon joining your objectives and responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for delivering month end including posting journals ensuring accuracy of the ledger and managing deadlines within the Accounting team
- Implementing accounting policies and procedures and ensuring that these are adhered to.
- Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations to ensure a controlled environment.
- Monthly payroll process including journals.
- Monthly VAT returns.
- R&D tax credits.
- Providing support & mentoring to the Financial Accountant and Assistant Accountant.
- Liasing with the FP&A Manager particularly during the month end process.
- Assisting with the annual audit.
- Assisting with due diligence through major share issues and investment rounds

- Fully qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent)
