* Minimum 6 years of experience in building distribution / Sales. 5 plus years of team management experience required
* Should be Graduate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and build avenues for sourcing agency leaders in the location as per policy guidelines.
* To meet the budgeted numbers of agency leaders recruitment for the location.
* Work closely with agency leaders for achieving their targets through mentoring coaching and helping them in joint calls.
* Enable the Agency Leaders and ALMs to build & drive a strong advisor force.
* Taking care of day to day administration of the branch.
