Our client a leading logistics company in Vietnam is looking for a qualified candidate to joint their firm:
Customer Acquisition
- Identify and target potential customers in the shipping industry.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
Sales Negotiations
- Negotiate shipping rates contracts and other terms with customers.
- Close deals and secure new business.
- Market Analysis
- Stay uptodate on industry trends shipping regulations and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities.
Sales Reporting
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
- Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Logistics or a similar field.
- At least 12 years of experience in liner shipping sales.
- Solid understanding of the shipping industry and its major players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
- Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for efficient work.

Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is a plus. Understanding of sales performance metrics and key indicators. University degree in a related field. Fluency in English skills. Proficiency in using the internet and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment. Openness to job rotation and continuous learning. Strong numerical skills with a responsible, meticulous, and detail-oriented approach. Dynamic and hardworking personality. Good knowledge of the logistics industry.
