Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware software and networkrelated issues for endusers.
Provide technical support via phone email or inperson to employees.
Install configure and maintain computer systems and software applications.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment including printers scanners and other peripherals.
Support the IT team in managing and maintaining the companys network infrastructure.
Participate in IT projects including software upgrades system backups and network security initiatives.
Document and track support requests using the company s helpdesk system.
Assist in the management of IT inventory including hardware and software licenses.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth IT operations and address any technical challenges.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT support.
Requirements
Basic understanding of computer systems networks and IT troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
